Mr. Feliciano is a pro-active, results-oriented, and accomplished professional with a progressive management career in the health insurance industry, managed care, MA & PDP, Medicaid (Reforma), Commercial products, and mortgage insurance. He has through knowledge and a proven track record in dealing with MA/PDP regulations, developing and implementing compliance programs, internal audit activities, and operational improvement strategies. Mr. Feliciano has been recognized as being focused on the big picture and being able to plan appropriate strategies to achieve beyond expectation results. He is well-disciplined with proven ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting tight deadline schedules. Mr. Feliciani has been recognized for outstanding team leadership, advancing business goals, process innovation, analytical thinking, excellent oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills. Among these are: Director of Internal Audit for Medical Card Systems (MCS), Project Manager and Quality Assurance Manager, Senior Risk Management Consultant, and Director of Medicare Programs and Chief Compliance Officer for a Medicare Advantage Plan.

Mr. Feliciano holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a Major in Accounting from Interamerican University in Puerto Rico where he was awarded the Medal of Excellence in Accounting. Mr. Feliciano is a Certified Public Accountant and an active member of the Puerto Rico College of CPA’s.
